I have a huge passion for my work. I am degree level Trained in Humanistic Counselling and psychotherapy. I have a Diploma in EMDR. When you meet with me you'll find you are in a friendly, non-judgemental, and adaptable space where your well-being is at the heart of everything I do. My passion for our work goes beyond, I love to see my clients finish a happy and have an overall positive outlook towards the future.

Tailor made therapeutic services
I invite you in to my cosy cabin and offer a tailor made service to my clients using integrated models of Therapy in a safe confidential environment. I like you to feel comfortable and warm in the presence, giving you the opportunity for you to open up, be yourself and begin to thrive in the life that you deserve! Alternatively I offer online therapy where we can integrate EMDR too!

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapeutic approach to cure PTSD, Negative beliefs about yourself, Anxiety and many other issues. It is a hugely popular therapy and highly recommended.
